AVAILABILITY
The policy is available to fully qualified practitioners,
who have attained a satisfactory standard of practice
in accordance with the minimum qualification requirements,
defined by the insurance company.
COVER
Legal Liability to Third Parties for Personal Injury
or loss or damage to their property arising in connection
with the Business, including Liability for Accidental
Personal Injury resulting from breach of professional
duty consequent on any neglect, error or omission in
providing advice or treatments in the course of the
Business and in respect of products supplied.

INDEMNITY
The Limit of Indemnity is €1,300,000 for any
one event.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Acute descriptive records of all professional services
to be maintained. Immediate notice to be given of any
claim or situation/occurrence that could give rise to
a claim.
TERRITORIAL LIMITS
Cover applies whilst in Ireland or the United Kingdom
and automatically to temporary visits abroad, anywhere
in the world other than the USA/Canada.
Note: A visit or journey lasting more than
six months would not be considered temporary.
