Our Group Training and Development Team deliver training on a truly global basis - to people in our UK, US and international offices. We ensure the quality of our programs by rigorously researching needs and using our design expertise to make certain the needs are met. We apply our "one flag" principle to this training. No matter where in the world you join Willis, you will receive orientation training which explains what Willis does, its vision and values and how it is structured. As your career with us progresses, you will receive the training you need to be fully effective in your job. You will be encouraged to undertake the professional qualifications that are appropriate to your choice of career path. You won't be given training which is irrelevant, or which has not met our scrupulous delivery standards. Because our programs are of such high quality, they are highly rated by those who attend them.
