  • Preparation of underwriting market reports (survey reports).
  • Analysis of risk exposures to facilities from major hazards such as fire, explosion and natural perils.
  • Evaluation of loss scenarios including those caused by fire, explosion, boiler and machinery breakdown, and releases of toxic materials using DNV PHAST modelling software.
  • Development of risk improvement measures designed to prevent or mitigate potential losses.
  • Conduct process safety reviews of major construction projects at the planning/design stage and attend project meetings. Provide advice on loss prevention features such as plant layout and spacing, process safety systems design and fire protection systems, including cost-benefit and return on investment analysis of loss control opportunities.
