Our "Client Service Delivery" process provides the following benefits to our clients:
  • Accountability - including consistent and regular reporting of all outstanding items between Willis, insurers and our clients
  • Transparency - through utilization of tools such as "strategic renewal meetings" and "client proposals" summarizing the marketing process as well as our services.
  • Risk Analysis - including a thorough analysis of risk through extensive questionnaires as well as extremely detailed coverage specifications to be utilized in the marketplace. We also use this to identify uninsured exposures for our clients.
  • Client Involvement - by meeting with our clients prior to commencing negotiations with insurers and involving them in the entire process. The strategic renewal meetings will highlight the current state of the marketplace, identify any outstanding issues from the prior year and enable clients to explain their goals and concerns for renewal. We also determine whether our clients want to meet with insurers and jointly decide on a marketing strategy.
