Willis Reports on Annual Meeting of Shareholders
Dublin, Ireland, April 21, 2010 — Willis Group Holdings plc (NYSE: WSH), the global insurance broker, held
its first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in Dublin, Ireland today since the redomicile of the
parent company of the Group at the end of last year.
At the meeting, shareholders:
Re-elected William W. Bradley; Joseph A. Califano, Jr.; Anna C. Catalano; Sir Roy Gardner; The Rt. Hon.
Sir Jeremy Hanley, KCMG; Robyn S. Kravit; Jeffrey B. Lane; Wendy E. Lane; James F. McCann;
Joseph J. Plumeri, and Douglas B. Roberts to the Board of Directors. All will serve until
the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders or until their respective successors are elected or appointed.
Reaffirmed the reappointment of Deloitte & Touche as auditors until the close of the next Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders and authorized the Audit Committee on behalf of the Board of Directors
to fix the auditors’ remuneration.
Approved the Willis Group Holdings Public Limited Company 2010 North American
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
