Willis Strengthens Multinational Employee Benefits Team with Appointment of Silvia Rojas
New York, NY, February 25, 2009 – Willis Group Holdings (NYSE: WSH), the global insurance broker, today
announced the appointment of Silvia Rojas as Multinational Client Services Manager for Willis’ Employee Benefits Practice.
Rojas will be based in London and report to the Regional European Manager Dieter Gistelinck,
who will continue to drive the expansion of Willis’ European Multinational Benefits Practice.
Rojas is joining Jeremy Povey on the London-based Multinational Employee Benefits Team, to advise multinational clients on
different aspects of international employee benefits, including risk management, and to coordinate the delivery of global
employee benefit programs. In her new position, Rojas will focus primarily on UK and
European-headquartered multinationals to provide them with advice on cross-border solutions, benefit audits, and multinational pooling, including
Rojas has six years of experience in the field of international employee benefits with a particular focus
on risk benefit financing solutions such as multinational pooling and captive solutions. She joins Willis
from the Mercer International Consulting Practice in London and prior to that worked on multinational pooling
accounts in the UK regional office at Generali Employee Benefits Network. She has a law
degree and is fluent in Spanish.
