Willis HRH Appoints Gilbertson to Head its New Jersey Operations
New York, NY, February 18, 2009 - Willis Group Holdings (NYSE: WSH), the global insurance broker, today
announced the appointment of Peter A. Gilbertson as Managing Partner and Growth Leader for Willis HRH
in New Jersey, effective immediately. Gilbertson is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Willis's brokerage offices
in Cranford, Florham Park, Morristown and Mount Laurel and for driving business development throughout the state.
He reports to Todd J. Jones, National Partner, Northeast Region.
Gilbertson brings more than 20 years of insurance industry experience to the position. He most recently was
head of the Global Brokers segment at AIG Commercial Insurance, where, as senior relationship executive, he
was responsible for AIG's trading relationships with top global brokers, including Willis.
Gilbertson began his insurance career in 1986, and beginning in 1989, held various sales and commercial brokerage
positions with Marsh's Property & Casualty business. From 1997 to 1999, he led the start-up P&C
business of JP Morgan Chase Insurance Services. In 1999, he joined the Mergers & Acquisitions Group
of Aon Risk Services as Senior Vice President, and in 2002 he moved to AIG as
Director of Sales & Marketing for AIG Environmental.
