Reviewing coverage and helping our clients negotiate professional agreements is an area Willis A&E provides significant value to its design firm clients. Proper documentation and negotiating sound agreements is the cornerstone of risk management practices of any design firm. Our knowledgeable staff review client drafted agreements from an insurability perspective to help ensure our clients understand the potential liability they are assuming and provide advice on how to best transfer this risk. Risk Management Education

Educating our clients and their staff is a service Willis A&E provides and excels in. We have developed numerous of risk management workshops on a wide range of topics. We tailor these programs to meet the specific need of our clients. Willis A&E is an AIA Certified Education Provider and has provided hundreds of public seminars for firms and associations throughout the country including the National AIA Convention and ACEC, ALA and CASE events. All of our programs are qualified for AIA Continuing Education credits and recognized for credit by most industry associations across the country.
