In order to be considered for the Risk Management Analyst Program candidates are required to have a 3.0 minimum GPA and must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Step 1: | Complete an online application

Step 2: | Phone Screen
After careful review of each application, should the candidate appear to be a fit, a recruiter from the campus team will reach out to review the candidate's experience and program qualifications.

Step 3: | Business Case Assessment
Successful candidates will be invited to attend the second phase of our assessment process. The full day assessment includes a morning introduction to Willis followed by a formal presentation of a business case in the afternoon to a panel of senior leaders. An informal lunch with local leadership will be provided.

Step 4: | Interview with Senior Management
After the business case assessment, successful candidates will be invited to the final stage in the assessment process. Each candidate will have a series of brief formal interviews with senior leaders in the office to which they have applied.

Step 5: | Offers Extended
Upon successful completion of the assessment process, job offers will be extended. The 2012 RMA program will begin in late July of 2012. |
