Step 1
The first step in your application is to complete our online graduate application form. Each application form is screened by a member of our recruitment team.

Step 2
If your application is successful you will be invited to attend an initial assessment at our office. This assessment will be based on a case study and you will be asked to give a short presentation.
If you are applying to the China Graduate Program, step 2 will consist of a telephone interview in English.

Step 3
Candidates who have successfully completed Steps 1 and 2 will be invited to a full day assessment at our offices. During the day you will have the opportunity to meet with various managers and past graduates. This is a chance for you to ask us questions as well as it is for us to ask you questions.

Step 4
Final interview will be held with a chosen Business unit.

2010 UK Graduate Program - Recruitment Process Timeline

Step 1 - Applications will be accepted accepted from 1st October until 31st December 2009

Step 2 - Initial Assessments will be held during November and December 2009 and January 2010

Step 3 - Full day Assessment Centres will be held in February 2010

Step 4 - Final Interviews will be conducted in March and April 2010
